You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party you designate takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (KOKO COFFEE LAB, Johannes Konopka, Münzstraße 5, 97070 Würzburg, email: shop@kokocoffeelab.de) by clear written statement of your decision. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice in time.
If you validly withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard shipping costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice. You bear the direct costs of return. You need only pay for any loss in value if this is due to unnecessary handling of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that can spoil quickly or sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal is removed after delivery – in particular, opened coffee packages. Custom-made or personalized goods are also excluded.
