These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Provider and contracting party is KOKO COFFEE LAB, Johannes Konopka, Münzstraße 5, 97070 Würzburg, email: shop@kokocoffeelab.de.
The presentation of products does not constitute a binding offer. By submitting your order, you make a binding offer. The purchase agreement is concluded upon our confirmation or shipment of the goods.
All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout before you submit your order. For orders over EUR 80, we ship free of charge within Germany.
Payment methods displayed in checkout are available (including credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Shopify Payments). Charges are debited upon contract formation.
We deliver within Germany; international deliveries only upon individual agreement. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after contract formation. Partial shipments are permitted.
Goods remain our property until full payment is received.
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details and the sample withdrawal form can be found in our withdrawal notice. The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods or sealed food items (e.g., opened coffee packages) and custom-made products.
Statutory warranty provisions apply. For handcrafted ceramics, minor deviations in shape, color, and size are not defects but rather expressions of handmade craftsmanship.
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report this to the carrier as soon as possible and contact us. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
We are liable without limitation for willful misconduct and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body, or health. For ordinary negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, typical contract damages.
German law applies. Jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, Würzburg. Information on consumer dispute resolution can be found in our legal notice.
