Within Germany 2–3 business days after shipment. We typically ship within 1–2 business days of order receipt.

Is your coffee fresh?

Yes. Our coffees are roasted fresh in small batches and shipped promptly. The roast date is on every bag.

How do I store coffee after opening?

Airtight, dark, at room temperature. Never in the fridge (moisture). Best consumed within 4 weeks of roasting.

Can I mix whole beans and ground coffee?

Yes. Many of our coffees are available as 'whole bean' and 'ground'. Ground is standard medium – for other grinds, please let us know in your order notes.
